A4 use the classical round tube design styles. The frame is designed from the head tube to the down tube, the seat tube, and the rear fork , all are use the high mudulas carbon fiber materials. Features

Cast Molding Technology (CMT)

Avenger A4 EVO Frame uses a combination of silicone and wax casting technology.

For small and sharp parts that cannot be achieved by EPS, instead use the molding process of casting wax.

Make each piece of carbon fiber fit more smoothly and reduce wrinkles during the lay-up materials or molding process. At the same time, remove excess fillers from every corner, reducing weight by 80-100g compared to the previous generation. With the help of Toray's original T800 ,T1000 carbon fiber, the

stiffness of the bottom bracket has been increased by 5%.

Vacuum Layup Technology (VLT)

Avenger A4 EVO Frame uses the Vacuum layup technology. After layup is completed every time , a vacuum is carried out to remove all the air between the carbon layers.
The air between the carbon layers is completely extracted with high pressure, making each layer of carbon pieces fit more tightly and more firmly, reducing the quality risks caused by bubbles, so that the carbon fiber can play its best characteristics.

Full internal cable routing

The fully internal cable routing design allows the cables to pass from the handlebars through the fork steerer, making the entire bike look very neat and lightweight. The aerodynamic design provides additional energy and power, which enhances the enthusiasm for riding.
